Holiday at Home is a great few days of fun and friendship for those who are 50 and over.
For 2006 and 2007 the Church Centre became a cruise liner, the galley
produced wonderful food for the daily lunch and the week ended with a banquet and Captain's Table.
For 2008, we went down Memory Lane and followed a Second World War theme - Spies at Dunham, the Manchester Blitz, reminscences and beautiful baby competition!
In 2009 it was a 4 day cruise to the Northern Lights calling at Whitby, Kirkwall, Esbjerg and Tromso, with excellent cuisine, onboard entertainments including arts and crafts,
quizzes deck sports and games, and shore trips for an introduction to computers in our fully equipped mobile computer suite.
