Butterflies - Vacancy for Assistant Teacher
There is a vacancy for an Assistant Teacher for next term.
Starts September 2010, for 2-5 mornings per week during term time.

WANT TO SHINE?
We need you to polish brasses for about an hour every 6 - 7 weeks.
Three new members needed to join the band!
No previous experience required.
Good opportunity for quiet contemplation or sharing time with a friend.

HEARTBEAT CAFE
Volunteers required to help in the Café on the 1st and/or 3rd Thursday of the month.

WORKING PARTY at STMM - Weekly, Thursday at 2:00pm
The working party meet every Thursday afternoon in the Church Center to help with general maintenance of our buildings and grounds.
New helpers (men or women) are most welcome to join the team for a couple of hours each week .
Tea, biscuits and fellowship provided.

CHURCH SOUND DESK at STMM
Volunteers needed - the rota is rather thin at the moment!
We would welcome new people to join us on the sound desk rota, ladies or gents - typically once every 6 weeks - training will be given (its not complicated - honest!).

COFFEE ROTA at STMM - Sundays after services
Men & Women are urgently required to help set up, serve and clear away after all the Sunday services - on a rota basis.
Help needed especially for the 9:30am and 7:30pm services.

FAIR TRADE STALL
Would you consider going on a rota to help run the Fair Trade Stall?

SACRISTAN NEEDED - 9:30 & 11:00 Communion services
This could be the role for you - at either the 9:30am or the 11:00am Communion services.
Preparing the Communion Table (cloths/wafers/wine) and clearing away at the end of the service.
Full training will be given.

PROJECTOR OPERATORS at SWCC - Sun 10:30am
2 Projector Operators needed at Sale West Community Church to help every 4-5 weeks with the 10:30am service!
Training will be given.

URGENT : SALE CREDIT UNION - at SWCC
Sale Credit Union would welcome new volunteers to help on the Credit Committee to complete loan applications with members and to be part of the loan approvals team.
Full training will be given.
To work on a rota, either Monday mornings or Thursday evenings. Contact Steve Mackellar.

JUNIOR CHURCH at STMM Sundays
Help is needed with children aged between 0-12years.
If you can help once a month please contact Ann McBurney or Steve Rankin.

COFFEE/TEA TEAM at SWCC - Sundays after morning service
Men & Women are urgently required to join the Coffee/Tea team and help out after the 10:30am Sunday service.

Volunteers are also required to join the technical team which supports the Sunday morning service.

SEE A NEED, FILL A NEED
Many of our dedicated youth leaders are moving on after the summer holidays to pursue other ventures leaving us with a major shortage of helpers. Variety of jobs available - can be tailored to suit your commitments and skills.
Please talk to Andy our Youth Pastor if interested.

SANDWICH MAKERS - Mid Week (Rota)
Volunteers are required to go on a rota for making sandwiches midweek for the homeless in Manchester.
(No previous experience required as training will be given!)

CRÈCHE ASSISTANTS
The Crèche cares for children every single Sunday morning.
It is mainly staffed by parents of children who use it but we are looking for people outside of this life stage; if you are a younger person, a parent with older children, or a grandparent who enjoys looking after little ones we would love to hear from you!

BUTTERFLIES PRE-SCHOOL GROUP
A Midday Assistant is required from Sept07.
To supervise children at lunchtime, walk or take them in pushchairs to St Mary's School with another member of staff - 11:45 to 13:15 for 2,3 or 5 days per week.
Minimum wage will be paid.

CHURCH CLEANING at STMM - Every 4 weeks (Rota)
Please consider joining the team who keep our Church clean and sparkling!
It will be on a rota basis, once every four weeks.
