SUMMARY OF THE MAY PCC MEETING

Summary of the PCC meeting held on 20th May 2019

• Outstanding business from the APCM - The full accounts for 2018 were accepted and thanks were given to Joan Heys and Sue Gormley for their work.
• Following on from the APCM a further PCC nomination was received from Lee Hardy.  This was agreed along with co-opting Jane Mottram onto the PCC in her Operations role.
• The PCC committees were elected.
• The PCC were in agreement to change the bank signatories due to the personnel changes.
• The electoral roll stands at 394.
