As the season of Advent begins, we’re invited into more than just a countdown to Christmas, we’re called into a season of waiting, watching, and preparing. Over the next four sessions we are asking, “Are You Ready?”. We will be asking the Holy Spirit to lead us through the themes of readiness and response. Each week explores a different posture of the heart: alertness, repentance, surrender, and joy. Whether you’re new to faith or long familiar with the story of Jesus, this is a chance to reawaken your spirit, deepen your trust, and prepare room for Christ in your everyday life. Let’s not just celebrate Christmas, let’s be transformed by it. Paul’s words to the Thessalonians call us to wake up, shake off spiritual sleep, and live as children of light. This week is about spiritual alertness: not fear-driven, but faith-fuelled.
