Mission Partner Prayer: BOAZ Trust

Lord, we thank you for the work of the Boaz Trust, caring for destitute asylum seekers and refugees here in Manchester.
This month, we thank you especially for some unexpected grant funding that will help them to do even more, for the steps that some of the people they support have made towards improving their English and progressing their legal situation, and for the renovation plans that are moving forward in one of the Boaz houses. We continue to pray for reliable contractors to carry out this kind of work and that more safe housing options will become available for those who find themselves homeless.
Finally, we pray for Boaz as they engage in advocacy and lobbying, trying to establish a more just and compassionate immigration system in this country, and that they’ll be given wisdom and discernment as they recruit new staff to join their team.
