Encouraging news from the Herridge school in Burundi.  H.T.S. now has a basketball court, and funds towards a wall around the grounds that the local authorities want, to provide security for the school pupils and staff.
 
How did this happen?  During 2019, the school has benefitted from St Mary’s and Sale West’s missions grant, as well as half the proceeds of the stalls run by the church at the Christmas market.  Separately, church members have made very generous donations, individually, and through our small groups’ fund-raising events.
 
Without all this support, these improvements could not have happened.  All the people involved with the school offer a huge thank-you to everyone who has contributed.
