Our wellbeing is of utmost importance

 The coronavirus pandemic has made our world more distressing and uncertain than ever before. We are all affected in different ways, and understandably it is taking its toll. People who previously would not have struggled are, at times, now doing so.
 
This free 12 week discussion based course will improve our self-understanding, permit us not to be ok at times and equip us to help others. We will look at a variety of topics e.g. anxiety, forgiveness, resilience, perfectionism etc. 

 Each evening will include teaching on the weekly topic and then discussion in breakout groups.

The course is for anyone who wants to look after their wellbeing or help others with their wellbeing.

Suitable for Christians and non-Christians.

We regret that this course is not suitable for anyone with serious mental health problems and/or those who are seeking professional counselling for serious mental health problems.
